Le Royal Monceau - Raffles Paris re-opened its doors yesterday. After a nearly two year makeover (although not yet beating the time it took The Savoy).This is the first Raffles hotel in Europe and designer Philippe Starck has completely transformed the interior of this old palace hotel into an newly elegant and sensual space.
