Miami, menus and Michelin stars

The Luxury Travel Bible is looking forward to eating at The Setai South Beach now that David Werly is the new Executive Chef. Werly has a great culinary track record and comes directly from the Michelin Star, Five Diamond Award AAA Le Cirque at Bellagio in Las Vegas. He trained under Alaine Ducasse and worked at Two-star Michelin Hotel Ritz in Parisand the Two-star Michelin restaurant Le Précatelan Lenotre in Paris. He also held the Executive Chef title at Auberge d'Artzenheim Restaurant in Alsace. We can't wait to see his Miami menu. http://www.lhw.com/, http://www.setai.com/
