The Grand Hotel, Stockhom retains Michelin stars

Congratulations are due as for yet another year The Grand Hôtel, Stockholm has retained its Michelin stars. The hotel holds the most Michelin stars under one roof in Sweden and holds three of the eights stars held in Stockholm.
Chef Mathias Dahlgren offers two different restaurants at the hotel. 'Matsalen' (The Dining Room) holds two Michelin stars and 'Matbaren' (The Food Bar) holds one star.
As well as retaining the Michelin stars the hotel has added yet another reason for guests to visit the restaurants. Chef Dahlgren has pioneered the introduction of Swedish Wagyu beef in Stockholm. This will mark the first time that Wagyu beef from purebred livestock born and raised in Sweden has been served. The Wagyu beef from Värmvik Säteri in Västervik, is currently being introduced to both restaurant menus. www.grandhotel.se
