The world's highest hotel opens today in Hong Kong. The new Ritz-Carlton reaches for the sky at the very top of the International Commerce Centre (ICC) in Hong Kong. Occupying floors 102 to 118, with dizzy death-defying views of the surrounding harbour and all those little insignificant tower blocks laughingly called skyscrapers way below it. Ritz Carlton describes the hotel as 'the very pinnacle of luxury ' but avoids other height-est puns. We love the name of the hotel's bar/restaurant ,Ozone, up in the rarefied air on the 118th floor.
